This Privacy Policy explains how Myhree Motors LLC, 461 N Main St, Williston, FL 32696, operating as Myhree Motors and TMT Offroad ("we," "us," "our"), handles your information when you book an appointment on this website. We keep it simple: we collect what we need to do your service and nothing more.

What We Collect

When you book an appointment, we collect:

• Contact information: your name, mobile phone number, and email address.
• Vehicle information: year, make, and model, and optionally a VIN or license plate if you choose to give it to us.
• Booking details: the shop, service, date and time you choose, any notes you add, and the status of your deposit.

Our servers also keep routine technical logs, such as your IP address, which we use only to keep the site secure and prevent spam or abuse.

Payments

Deposits are paid through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Your card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout page and go directly to Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We receive only confirmation that your payment went through. Stripe's handling of your payment information is covered by the Stripe Privacy Policy.

How We Use Your Information

• To schedule, hold, and manage your appointment.
• To send your booking confirmation and appointment reminders by email and text message.
• To contact you about your vehicle or service, such as a change in schedule or a question about the work.
• To process deposits and refunds.
• To keep the website secure and working properly.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Text Messaging

If you provide your mobile number when booking, we use it to send appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and service updates about your visit. Message frequency varies, usually about 1 to 3 messages per booking. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or reply HELP for help. Mobile information, including phone numbers and text message consent, will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties for their own marketing, and text message opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party for those purposes.

Who We Share Information With

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the booking system, and only as needed to provide the service. These include Stripe (payments), our hosting provider, and our email and text message delivery providers. They may use your information only to perform services for us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, customers, or property.

How Long We Keep It

We keep booking records for as long as needed to provide service, handle warranty or payment questions, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see Your Choices below), subject to those obligations.

Security

This website uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and access to booking records is limited to our staff with a password. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

• Contact us to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you.
• You may book by phone instead of online by calling us at (352) 528-1212.

Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
